- Orientation/commitment

- 2.5 hours per week optimum (can be shorter and still valuable)
- Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices and
exercises
- Group sharing/dialogue in pairs, small and large groups
- Overview of concepts and upcoming week’s home practice
- Home practice requirements
- 45-60 minute daily commitment optimum (shorter is also possible)
- Guided meditation and yoga posture sequences (4 home practice
CD’s and practice manual included)
- Weekly assignments to bring attention to daily experience
- All-day intensive between weeks 6 and 7
- 9 am to 4 pm
- Fully guided day of silent practice
- Follows 4-semester annual schedule

- 1- or 8-hour programs to introduce the practices of mindfulness
and meditation
- Individually tailored to meet the needs of the particular group
- One-time or ongoing
- Small group facilitation and individual meetings
- One-on-one, pairs and small group meetings to introduce, teach
